Burton Webb brings a lifetime of custom building and real estate experience to his leadership role as Construction Project Manager for Fuller Group. He is a licensed Tennessee Broker and former CEO/Owner of a design-build residential construction business that was located in Athens, Tennessee for over thirty-five years. He attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where he studied Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Finance focused on Real Estate & Urban Development. During college, Burton worked construction jobs including commercial sheet metal, commercial electrical & plumbing, log home manufacturing, and residential building. After graduating in 1986, he joined his father’s business, Tennessee Log Buildings of Athens, Tennessee. As just the fourth employee hired at Tennessee Log Buildings, he quickly began his career in sales, earned his state of Tennessee Contractor's License in 1989 and focused on residential construction. He re-branded the company and spent countless hours working all areas of the business including accounting, sales, marketing, estimating, construction, design, production, and project management.
From 1987-2007, Burton grew the family-owned business from producing 50 homes annually to a staggering 250 homes per year with annual design & materials revenue of $21,000,000 and turnkey construction sales of $65,000,000 annually. Burton successfully built the company from four corporate employees to sixty employees and simultaneously created an independent dealer network of fifty salespeople. His father named Burton the company President in 1993, and Burton ultimately acquired 100% ownership of the company. Tennessee Log Homes successfully designed, manufactured, delivered, and assisted in the construction of over 5,000 custom homes with an impressive 97% client satisfaction record. Tennessee Log Homes conducted business in almost every US state as well as overseas in Japan, Korea, England, Germany, and Spain.
Burton's business motto of “doing the right thing at any cost” garnered unprecedented success for the family business. The core values of honesty & integrity were instrumental in his prior success and resonate today at Fuller Group. He was also the owner and founder of Tennessee Log Construction, LLC, Tennessee Timberframe, Natural Element Homes, and Tennessee Real Estate. In his free time, Burton enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with his wife and their two adorable Siberian Husky dogs.
