Before joining Fuller Group, Lana devoted nearly 15 years to a Sarasota-based nonprofit serving children and young adults in foster and state care, including eight years as Executive Director. Her experience encompasses strategic planning, organizational operations, board collaboration, donor stewardship, grant writing, and community partnerships. Her skill in grant writing reflects the careful research, precise communication, and attention to detail she brings to her work.
A graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Lana understands the value of listening carefully, communicating clearly, and approaching complex matters with poise and discretion. Her commitment to service has also included volunteer child advocacy and leadership within a community service foundation. At Fuller Group, Lana brings that experience to the firm’s operations, professional relationships, and continued growth across the Southeast. She pairs organizational discipline with warmth and personal attention, helping create an environment where clients feel understood and the firm’s professionals are supported in delivering exceptional service.
