The Beacon began with the idea of designing a luxury building that would change the skyline of Sarasota. The question was “How do you deliver a luxury asset that left the buyers feeling that this building was iconic and immediately recognizable?” John Prosser and Michael Holt of Noble Equity came up with the idea to deliver a luxury amenity and a name that demanded a distinguished design. Their vision was accomplished through a tremendous design provided by Stephen Park and the Architects of 5G Studio Miami. The building has been designed to encapsulate the meaning of a Beacon- A light set up in a high or prominent position as a signal or celebration.
