Here, life happens around seven pristine lakes with 20 miles of shoreline, acres of nature preserve and Waterside Place, a dynamic lakefront town center, all connected by trails, paths and a future water taxi. Waterside is Lakewood Ranch’s first village in Sarasota and is made up of smaller neighborhoods nestled together, with a wide variety of home types and styles. When complete, there will be 14 neighborhoods and one lively town center.
